This spooky season 👻 we’re asking each other: what do you think the boss will do when they hear about the union?
Bosses have a whole bag of tricks: captive audience meetings, spending $$$ on union busting firms, and even giving treats (like raises) to slow down the union building effort.
This is common union busting and workers know it! That’s why we’re glad to see workers inoculating one another to management’s tactics. When we shine a light on these tricks before they happen, it keeps folks from freaking out and everyone is prepared to stay united. We know management will do everything to stop workers from taking our power back and supporting each other to build strong networks of solidarity and care through our unions.
We’ve got to remember workers are the thing that goes bump in the night. We’re so proud to be causing a fright for bosses everywhere alongside you.
